We are located near Orlando, but not downtown, so parking is free.

Our office is located 1.1 miles EAST of Interstate 4 and 1.2 miles WEST of the Fashion Square Mall. The building is a gray, three-story 1950s office building with a red stripe along the top on the SOUTH side of the street (Right going East, Left going West). On one side of the building is a newer gray building without a stripe and a Discount Auto Store. The office is near several Vietnamese restaurants located on Colonial Drive near Mills Avenue. The cross streets are Ferncreek (Auto Air) and Shine (Publix). If lost, call the office at 407-898-3770 or 407-896-3077.

Free parking is available on Colonial Drive and around the block in back with the entrance off Hillcrest. I have two spaces marked “URICH” and there is free guest parking across the street (Hillcrest). If your appointment is before 4 p.m. and both spaces marked “URICH” are taken, please park across the street. You could be towed if you park in another tenant’s spot. If your appointment is after 5 p.m., you may park in the back, as the front door is often locked after 5 p.m. After 5 p.m., you may park anywhere in the lot (located around the block on Hillcrest).

Enter through the back door. Make sure that the door is to the 1510 Building, as the 1516 Building is separate, but similar. My office is on the second floor at the end of the side hallway. If no one is there to greet you, ring the bell so that I know that you have arrived. You may relax and have a seat. Please be aware that evening appointments are scheduled back to back. If you are late, time may only permit us to have a brief consultation. If this occurs, we will reschedule another time for you to come back to complete the consultation. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give me a call so that we can reschedule.
